List of close non-bonded contacts

Examination of the output of lja3 reveals numerous elose contacts, the worst of which is over 1 A closer than the sum of the van der Waals radii  

Notice that 9 of the top 18 offenders are again in a localized cluster (residues 216-221) corresponding to the incorrectly modeled d-strand mentioned in the previous two sections. 

In the lja3 example, the results appear much more serious than a simple side- 

many of these residues are localized to the most troubled region of the structure (residues 204-230). After rebuilding, many of these residues were eliminated from the list, though not all.
