Survival compared with untreated, tumor-bearing mice. Recipient mice were inoculated with 1-3 x 10 tumor cells i.p. and treated with either cis-DDP 4.5 mg kg i.p. on days 1, 5, 9 and 13 following tumor inoculation or 13 mg kg L-PAM on day 1 following tumor inoculation.
