Knowledge base, continued strategy

Knowledge Refinement. The first prototype is only a rough approximation of the expert s decision strategy. Many details are missing. Refinement of the prototype is accomplished by a continuation of example-based learning steps. 

Maintenance leadership wiU accept its role as a top priority operation and wUl set the example as team players within the organization. The strategy for continuous maintenance improvement will be a leadership-driven, team-based approach that captures the knowledge, skUls, and ideas of the entire maintenance workforce. Cross-ftmctional teams with representatives from maintenance, operations, engineering, etc. wUl be formally chartered to address improvements in equipment effectiveness, reUabitity, and maintainahUity.
