Judicial murder

Mr. Vishinsky s proposal to repeal the First Amendment may find support in some quarters in this country. The Numbers trial crowd. . . should welcome it. The Vishinsky proposal would provide a sort of legislative endorsement. .. of the indictment under which the Nazi leaders were judicially murdered. With these exceptions, it seems most improbable that the Soviet Revolution will be taken seriously outside Russia. 

Alkaloids are widespread in plants and include some very well-known poisons (notably coniine and strychnine), hallucinogens (morphine, cocaine and muscimol) and other potentially lethal compounds that are nevertheless used in medical practice (e.g. atropine, codeine, colchicine and morphine). As indicated by the preliminary snap-shot above, alkaloids typically have names ending in -ine and which are often related to the plant source or properties. Thus, morphine was named after Morpheus (the God of sleep) and coniine derives from Conium maculatum (hemlock), the plant used in the judicial murder of Socrates (399 BC). Various chemical tests for alkaloids are used as preliminary indicators of alkaloid presence in crude plant extracts. Finally, it should be noted that alkaloids can also exist as jVoxides of the alkaloid base. 

I was deeply shocked. Eventually, I came to believe that President Truman didn t really know which dog was under. If to him the remaining 1,000,000 European Jews seemed suddenly recovered, might not "judicial notice" conclude that the 6,000,000 had never really been murdered ... 

Drugs, such as suxamethonium hallucinogens, thiopentone, nemoleptics, amphetamines, apomorphine, and cyclophosphamide, have been used for torture, interrogation, and judicial execution.153 These drugs have been used to hurt, frighten, and confuse the victim to reveal the truth in case of murder or theft. 

Unfortunately, until recently there were no attorneys who recognized this vicious circle that is so catastrophic for a state supposedly governed by justice, and no attorneys who demanded that the crime, the murder weapon and the victims, i.e., the evidence for these, as well as eyewitness testimony and documents, be examined with modem forensic methods before the question can be raised of who the murderer/s might have been. Such attorneys have stepped onto the scene only recently, but aside from slander and abuse, threats of prosecution and the aforementioned decision of the Federal Supreme Court - i.e., an exacerbation of the judicial situation - they too have been unable to achieve any changes. 

The international community should therefore condemn the extra judicial killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh as a breach of international law and those involved must unequivocally declare as to whether they were aware that falsified travel documents were being used by Mossad in relation to this operation and/or any other. If there is cogent evidence implicating the Israeli Government, the international community must also require the former to confirm whether its intelligence services were involved in the murder of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh and demand that the Israeli...
