Integrated systems electric power modules

The traditional water gas shift (WGS) reactors are substituted by a Pd-based MR. This reactor is connected to a commercial PEM fuel cell fed by a pure Hj stream permeated through the membrane. For the integrated system Pd-Ag membrane module-PEM fuel cell, the effect of the operating conditions was evaluated in terms of efficiency and also in terms of the CO poisoning effect on Pd-based membrane and the whole system.
