Instrument wiring

Instrumentation wires contain multiple pairs of conductors, each insulated with dame-retardant PVC and with an overall dame-retardant PVC jacket (5). Eor distribution wires polyethylene or ethylene—propylene mbber are the polymers of choice (Eig. 2c). A typical design for aerial self-supportingwires that employs PE and PVC, is shown in Eigure 2d.

For more complex instrumentation, wiring diagrams should be generated, if not obtained from the vendor.

The clock spring joint will short automatically after the removal of clock spring from the instrument wiring harness, which can prevent any possible major accident caused by the incorrect release of driver s side safety airbag module duo to the static interference from happening. 

The switching device contains enough conductor to present a low resistance to full line current. When the switch is closed, the current is shunted away from the electrolyzer, which can then be disconnected from the surrounding cells, its piping, and its instrument wiring.
