Granulate mixture 1 to 4 with solution of items 5 to 9 and pass through a 0.8-mm sieve to obtain free-flowing granules. 

Fill 2 g in sachets or 20 g in a 100-mL flask. Instant granules in sachets suspend 2 g (1 sachet) in a glass of water (800 mg magaldrate). 

Dissolve or suspend all the solids in water under aseptic conditions.
