Hypersensitivity proton pump inhibitors

The proton pump inhibitors are contraindicated in patients who have hypersensitivity to any of the drags. Omeprazole (Pregnancy Category C) and lansoprazole, rabeprazole, and pantoprazole (Pregnancy Category B) are contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
