Sampsoniones A-M (100-102, 105, 112, 118, 124-130) were isolated from whole air-dried Hypericum sampsonii which was extracted with 95% EtOH. The EtOH extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and partitioned between CH2CI2 and H20. The CH2CI2 phase was chromatographed over silica gel, eluted with hexane-EtOAc mixtures. The sampsonione enriched fraction(s) were rechromatographed over silica gel, eluted with hexane-CHClj-acetone mixtures.
