In a typical experiment, ozone, hydrogen peroxide and total oxidants were measured as a function of time, while ozone was bubbled into the reactor which contained the lamp(s). Figure 2 shows peroxide accumulation for these experiments as a function of pH. Figure 3 compares results obtained by replacing acetic acid with sulfuric acid. In Figure 4 are shown the data from two similar experiments where acetic acid was replaced by sodium bicarbonate solution. [Pg.79]
