The most commonly occurring ADRs reported in >5% of patients using the agent was mania, panic attacks, psychosis, increased risk of myocardial infarct, rash, abdominal pain, constipation, increased/decreased appetite, indigestion, nausea, xerostomia, arthralgia, backache, headache, dizziness, nervousness, said flu-like illness [32 ] [63 ] [64 ]. Sibutramine was withdrawn from the US Market in 2010.
