Granulomatous Dermal Reactions

Necrobiosis Lipoidica and Granulomatosis Disciformis Chronica et Progressiva 

Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma is a condition characterised by necrobiosis with xanthomatous granulomas occurring in association with paraproteinae-mia (Anstey et al. 1993). 

Immunohistochemistry demonstrated strong labelling of epithelioid cells and giant cells with vi-mentin, KPl and HAM 56 (Orchard et al. 1995).
