Glycans glycoproteins

Very useful manual for analysis of all types of sugar-containing molecules—monosaccharides, polysaccharides and glycosamino-glycans, glycoproteins, proteoglycans, and glycolipids. 

The term glycan has also been used for the saccharide component of a glycoprotein, even though the chain length may not be large.

Hereditary erythroblastic multinuclearity witha positive acidified serum lysis test (congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II). This is a relatively mild form of anemia.
