Glucose isolation from heparin

Multiple forms of 2-deoxy-2-sulphamido-D-glucose sulphamidase (EC 3.10.1.1) from human placenta have been isolated by affinity chromatography on immobilized heparan sulphate. They are distinguishable by values and pH optima with respect to heparin and heparan sulphate. [Pg.359]
