Glucocerebroside cleaving enzyme

If these interesting findings can be confirmed in other patients with NPD, the cause of NPD appears to be elucidated, and seems to be analogous to the lack of glucocerebroside cleaving enzyme (Brady et al. 1965b) in Gaucher s disease.
