Germany enforcement

The extent of validation of confirmatory techniques is currently under consideration. Qne approach is that the extent of validation may be smaller than for the enforcement method. In principle, validation in triplicate at the relevant concentration level (LOQ or MRL) is sufficient. In the case where an MRL is set for multiple crops, a single validation in all representative crop groups is sufficient. A confirmatory method for residues in air is not required if a corresponding method was submitted for the other sample matrices. This approach is realized in Germany. ... 

The remainder of this paper describes our experience from a particular site in Germany, with its own peculiarities and regulatory framework. The approach we have taken and the conclusions drawn may not be fully applicable to other countries/sites where different conditions may apply. A further important issue is the presence of radioactive contamination, which leads to increased public attention and, thus, possibly to the enforcement of stricter standards than are applied to conventionally contaminated effluents. 

Thirdly, Bahners conception that the legitimacy of the Federal Republic of Germany is based on the unconditional recognition of the established version of the National Socialist persecution and extermination of the Jews is absurd and utterly false. If the Federal Republic of Germany were actually founded on this historical detail, it would be a dire weakness, because every state that bases its existence on a version of history enforced under pains and penalties must sooner or later come to grief.
