The membranes can also be reinforced to improve the durability of the material and prevent over-elongation of the membrane. Other t5q>es of materials and membranes are available and a specific assessment should be made where these materials are proposed (e.g. liquid applied membranes and aluminium bonded to geotextile membranes).
