This book is written primarily to engineering students in the fields of basic chemistiy, environmental chemistry, food production, chemical and biochemical engineering who in the begiiming of their university studies receive education in inorganic chemistry and applied chemistry in general. [Pg.11]

All the cases described in this chapter also suggest a contribution to a perception of the relevance of chemistry education among the learners and a better awareness of environmental and sustainability issues, as also discussed by Mandler et al.
