Future Research on Sulfohydrolases

Several sulfohydrolases have been characterized. Methods that have been used for the preparation of these enzymes are complicated and time consuming. New and rapid methods are required for obtaining large quantities of sulfohydrolases. [Pg.185]

The success of sulfohydrolase studies will ultimately depend upon se- [Pg.185]

All these observations indicate that sulfohydrolases, a group of lysosomal enzymes, have emerged as an important group of enzymes involved in a variety of human disorders of genetic and nongenetic origins. [Pg.187]
