Forms Used for JHA

To properly plan for and con lete JHAs, the use of specific forms is necessary. Each of the following forms has a place in the JHA process. 

These posted JHA copies would have been reviewed and revised to the point that the document is correct. Any employee preparing to complete a specific task can easily review the posted JHA to review the safest method of working the job. New employees can easily be briefed by a supervisor or fellow employee before starting a job. Posted JHAs serve as great training tools.
