Foreign experts

Independent foreign experts (mostly from the IAEA) provide technical assistance. The IAEA document "Safety issues and their ranking of WWER-440, Model 213 NPPs", (WWER-SC-108) is very important from the point of view of safety improvement of WWER NPPs in the near future. 

As mentioned earlier the Board has three committees viz Establishment Committee, Tender and Development Committee, and Programme Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC is further divided into three Sub-Committees namely Biology, Technology and End-Use, and Technical Promotion and Commercial Sub-Committee. Each Sub-Committee consists of both local and foreign experts. The PAC meets yearly and it scrutinises and advises the PORIM Board on the research programmes. 

Firms use some local training institutions, both public, such as the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and the PPB, and private. For advanced skills, however, they need to bring in experts from abroad, usually from India but also from other countries. Expatriates are expensive but important for quality because they have rare skills and experience in industrial processes. Usually they are offered shortterm contracts (two to three years), possibly renewed once but usually not longer because of permit limitations and because new people tend to have more up-to-date skills. Foreign experts are identified through various channels, such as suppliers, agencies, the Web, competitors and international agencies. 

The analysis investigation and expert practical persons shows that in recently aside from the most wide-spread and known material letter such as ink for fountain-pen and soft-tip pen, pastes for bail-point pens and other, object technician-of criminal law study document all more often become the more modem material a letter, in particular gell ink handle, which are worked out, basically, foreign company (Japan, USA, Germany, Korea, China). 

I cannot remember that I made such a statement. I assume that one of my experts — I might give you a few names — inserted this part. They were worried about the irresponsible foreign policy of our government. They expressed misgivings voiced by various persons "Where is the road of the government leading us "... 

Various pundits, so-called experts on the new genre of terrorism, have stated that for Americans to understand why foreign terrorists behead innocent people (or anyone else, for that matter) on television or blow up hospitals full of the sick or wounded or schoolhouses full of children, they must get inside the mind of a terrorist—enter the confines of the black box. 

The Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences, the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences, and other professional organizations scathingly criticized the committee s 1997 report Towards a Sustainable Chemicals Policy.7 Expert criticism meant little to the Minister of Environment at that time (now Minister of Foreign Affairs), Anna Lindh, who, in the case of the alleged dangerous properties of PVC, declared that she had more confidence in Greenpeace than in the Academy of Sciences.
