Fluorescence glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase

Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase is completely inactivated by [3-(3-bromoacetylpyridinio)-propyl]-adenosine pyrophosphate. The dihydro form, obtained by treatment with hyposulfite, does not increase the coenzyme fluorescence, nor does formation of the NADH-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase complex.
