Fluoresceinyl Cypridina luciferin analog

The purpose of this work is to use the CL enhancement technique coupled with FIA to determine HSA in a fluoresceinyl Cypridina luciferin analog (FCLA)- 02 system, and is based on previous work that CL from the FCLA- 02 system can be strongly enhanced in the presence of HSA. A simple and fast flow injection analysis has been developed for the determination of HSA, which has been satisfactorily applied to analyze clinical urine samples.
