Flowcharts recommendations development

This chapter develops characteristics of high quality recommendations necessary for achieving successful implementation. The first section is a presentation of the major concepts related to recommendations, such as attributes of good recommendations, management of change, and inherent safety. The second section expands on the attributes and presents a systematic discussion of the flowchart for recommendations. [Pg.251]

The overall strategy for methods development is illustrated in the flowchart shown in Fig. 1. The individual steps are listed below, and recommended conditions are provided with a brief explanation and an illustrative example that highlights several key points. [Pg.406]

To further enhance the efficacy of the procedures evaluated, it is recommended that the content should be expressed more concisely (remove long paragraphs of text), that more clear and usable diagrams (e.g., flowcharts) should be developed, and that appropriate formats be used for the procedures. [Pg.110]
