FeCl 2,3-Mo-TTP

4-CATECHOLATO[HYDROTRIS(3,5-DIMETHYL-l-PYRAZOLYL)BORATO]OXOMOLYBDENUM(V) -10,15,20-TRI-p-TOLYLPORPHINATOIRON(III)CHLORIDE [FeCl(3,4-Mo-TTP)] [Pg.47]

This compound is synthesized by the same procedure used for FeCl(3,4-Mo-TTP, utilizing 2,3-Mo-TTP as the molybdenum-containing porphyrin. Recrystallization fi om dichloromethane-heptane gives a purple powder. Yield (75%). [Pg.48]

Compounds (FeCl(3,4-Mo-TTP) and (FeCl(2,3-Mo-TTP) are dark-colored solids that are stable in the solid state. They are soluble in most organic solvents, giving brown-colored solutions. Both compounds are acid/alkali-sensitive. [Pg.49]
