The reported adverse effects of Jin bu huan include vertigo, fatigue, nausea and drowsiness, which could make users unfit for driving. Life-threatening bradycardia and respiratory depression occur in small children after unintentional overdosage (4) and acute hepatitis in adults (5). 

Somnolence has been described with high doses of tiabendazole rectally or orally, and drowsiness, headache, malaise, and fatigue are common (1). Patients should be warned not to drive or carry out other potentially hazardous pursuits during treatment. 

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that 100,000 car crashes each year are caused by drowsy drivers, resulting in at least 1,550 deaths and 40,000 injuries. These accidents are obviously not limited to just the transportation industry, but rather to the population as a whole. No matter the circumstances, it is clear that the inattentive driving that fatigue causes results in injuries and death. 

Another problem with many modem high-speed roads is that they relieve the driver of so much of the driving task that their monotony actually induces fatigue and tends to induce what some have labeled "highway hypnosis" - driving without awareness (DWA) that is due to a tendency to become drowsy and fall asleep.
