Feminist bioethics deals with bioethical issues that particularly affect women. Controversially, it has been asserted by some that women approach ethical dilemmas differently to men, because of dissimilar contexts. The ethic of care9 is proposed as a female trait, while the ethic of justice or rights10 is supposedly more male . A common illustration of this is when a married couple is asked to include a clause in their wills concerning the disposal of property in the case of their simultaneous deaths the wife will often propose a scheme dividing joint property unequally and according to need and number of all their relatives the husband frequently sees the situation as requiring a simple 50-50 split between their two families. 

Showing integrity and advanced moral reasoning, especially when dealing with ethical dilemmas ... 

My hope for you, as an engineering student and/or an entry-level professional, is that you will interact with at least a few ethically-influential professors and practitioners. By ethically-influential professors and practitioners I mean individuals who consistently offer you lessons, by words and, more important, by actions in how to process ethical questions, especially ethical dilemmas. These individuals, based my grateful experiences with some of them, are concerned about the public, the environment, the profession, and the individuals they interact with. Learning from them will keep you almost always in Quadrant 1. To the extent you learn and practice what they teach, you will be just that much better prepared for a career characterized by success and significance. That is, because of your solid reputation and your ability to deal with difficult situations, you will do well materially and you will leave a legacy.
