50 2 Neomycin-base USE neomycin sulfate (200 Waksman units/mg potency) 5.00 [Pg.154]

Heat petrolatum and mineral oil in a steam kettle to 115°C and maintain temperature for at least 3 hours. [Pg.154]

Mix erythromycin and neomycin with 95 g of base and stir until thoroughly dispersed. [Pg.154]

Run through 200 mesh (74-pm aperture) screen on Homoloid mill directly into main portion of petrolatum-oil mixture. [Pg.154]
