Clients with documented severe anaphylaxis shonld eany an EpiPen, whieh is a preseribed injeetable device containing epinephrine that the client can administer to himself or herself in case of an inseet bite. This will save the ehent s life therefore, this is the priority intervention. 

Clients with documented severe anaphylaxis should carry an EpiPen, which is a prescribed epinephrine injectable device that the client can administer to themselves in case of an insect bite. Keeping the medication in the refrigerator does not allow it to be available to the client at all times.
