Environmental Growth Chambers EGC

ES2000 Reach-In chamber (B). The three shelved upright unit is capable of running three simultaneous studies with each shelf having an independently adjustable light control. [Pg.260]

The lamps are covered with a high U V transparent barrier to protect the lamps and lamp intensities are monitored with a variable height control sensor of custom design. Lamp intensity is maintained constant by a microprocessor-based controller and a photodiode sensor to provide a fully automated closed-loop control system. LUWA also makes custom, large-scale units. [Pg.260]

ESI offers a variety of proprietary lamps for use with their instrument. One lamp is designed to give the correct radiometric and photometric dosage readings that the company claims allows one to achieve the ICH recommended exposures in one test. [Pg.260]

The unit comes with two complete sets of lamps, one UVA and the other VIS. For VIS illumination, the company recommends Sylvania F8t5/CW lamps and its UV-A lamp is centered around 350 nm. Each unit is individually tested and certified to meet ICH Option 2 guidelines. [Pg.261]

Option 2 requirements. No further information was available at the time of this writing. [Pg.263]
