In that case it must be assumed that apart from conformational rearrangements and chain slippage chain scission events noticeably influence observed stress-strain curves. So far the PP material from Leningrad is the only polymer which has lent itself successfully to both of the above mentioned IR analysis. In the cited literature [4—33] there is no reference to an attempt to explain stress-strain or stress-time data of this PP material on the basis of its end group-formation kinetics. [Pg.188]
