A psychologically safe and healthy workplace actively promotes emotional well-being among anployees while taking aU reasonable steps to minimize threats to employee mental health. 

Most herbal therapists (sometimes called herbalists — but not all herbalists treat clients medically) believe that the body acts in unison with the psyche (spirit) and emotions to maintain the equilibrium necessary for overall health and well-being. With this holistic approach, herbal therapists use their knowledge of plant properties to rebalance a client s life energy levels so that the body heals itself. 

In the application of IT, there is a recent and rapidly increasing tendency by many to use holistic to mean simply consideration of all factors for the patient, but nonetheless essentially meaning only those factors that are the focus of Western mainstream medicine. Presumably, this restricted use of the term is intended to give an air of establishment respectability, while the idea still confers a significant improvement on current healthcare. In contrast, everyday use of holistic continues to incorporate alternative medicine and the emotional, philosophical, metaphysical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. It would be very sad if this were lost from the definition. The goal of the traditional holistic approach is a wellness that encompasses each and every person in entirety, according their belief systems, and not just the lack of physical pain and disease (see, e.g., http //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holistic health), in complete accordance with the definition of health by the WHO as mentioned above and discussed below. 

Fatigue not only robs your company of productivity, but it can affect the emotional and physical well-being of your drivers. The negative effects of fatigue cost the carrier money in health care costs and driver retention. 

Other areas upon which health food promoters capitalize are beauty, eternal youth, retention of sexual potency, and long life. Such promotion may give hope to the users and improve their health and well-being by meeting their emotional needs. There is nothing wrong with these desires.
