Wiring systems in escape routes - An escape route is the route to follow for access to a safe area in the event of an emergency. Regulation 521.200.1 now requires that wiring systems in escape routes be supported such that they will not be liable to premature collapse in the event of a fire. This will restrict the use of plastic clips and ties, and PVC trunking and conduit as the sole means of support in these areas. Cables in escape routes must be supported or restrained by metallic, fire resistant supports.

That the emergency regulations made must be proportionate to the aspect of effect of the emergency that they are directed at. 

Emergency regulations must be presented to Parliament for its approval as soon as is practicable after being made. Parliament may amend the regulations and must approve them within seven days, otherwise they will cease to have effect. A full inquiry must be conducted within one year of the use of emergency jrowers (Box 1.7). 

Scope 1 emissions are from sources that are owned and controlled by the entity. For example, emissions from combustion in airport-owned boilers, furnaces, vehicles, etc. are considered to be Scope 1. Scope 1 sources for an airport operator typically include airport service/fleet vehicles, certain stationary sources, airport-owned aircraft, and refrigerant use by the airport operator. Existing and emerging regulations often focus on Scope 1 emissions.
