Tbe Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002 are issued by the Department of Trade and Industry. They are statutory regulations which are enforceable by the laws of the land. They are designed to ensure a proper and safe supply of electrical energy up to the consumer s terminals. [Pg.4]

As previously noted, the draft Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations were distributed for comment in February 2001.
