Duty-cycle efficiency process

By streamlining the logistics of managing the overall process and improving the duty cycle of kitchen equipment, kitchen staff and kitchen space, these restaurants are able to efficiently offer the restaurant s most popular items and more rarely ordered novelties. The food quality is consistent, the response time is fair and the price is relatively low. 

Motor selection is a complex process involving many trade-of with parameters that include efficiency. The objective of optimum motor selection is to arrive at the best compromise of cost, horsepower, and frame size for the life expectancy, load torque, load inertia, and duty cycle in question.

The laek of fired reformer provides an ideal opportunity for integrating a gas turbine into the process. Utility duties can be handled in the turbine exhaust duct, and an overall improvement in energy utilization is made possible since the gas turbine with associated heat recovery can achieve a thermal efficiency of over 85% the steam cycle normally exploited in a fired reformer application (where waste heat generates steam that drives the syngas compressor turbine) is generally limited to about 33%.
