Dosing disc machines

There are two types of piston-tamp fillers dosator machines and dosing-disc machines. In a recent survey of equipment used in production, it was found that dosator machines are used slightly more frequently than dosing disc machines, with about 18% of the companies responding reporting that they use both types of filling machines [50].
