Diversity misunderstandings about

In the spirit of diversity, ASCE has tried to reflect many views surrounding the issue of diversity in the workforce. We understand that concepts like discrimination, or equal opportunity, or even the term diversity itself can cause discomfort or resentment among some people. We hope that, by presenting concrete suggestions, this guide will serve to clarify some commonly held misunderstandings about diversity and will help firms foster a workforce that meets the needs of our diverse communities.
