Dissatisfaction, notice

Gustomer dissatisfaction will be noticeable from the number and nature of customer complaints collected and analyzed as part of your corrective action procedures (see Part 2 Ghapter 14). This data provides objective documentation or evidence and again can be reduced to indices to indicate trends. 

Notice of dissatisfaction. Gives parties the opportunity to disagree with results of adjudication before it becomes binding and to take the process to arbitration. 

FAULT CAUSES LITTLE DETERIORATION OF SYSTEM /PRODUCT PERFORMANCE MAY BE NOTICED BY DISCRIMINATING CUSTOMERS ( 25%) WITH LITTLE ANNOYANCE AND DISSATISFACTION. ALSO MINOR REWORK MAY BE CALLED FOR. 

Moderate Likely to occur more than once A failure that would cause a high degree of operator dissatisfaction or that causes noticeable but slight deterioration in system nerformance Defect remains undetected until system performance is affected...
