Dielectric nonlinear series-resonance circuit

Rs describes the loss of the resonance circuit. The resonance circuit is driven by a sinusoidal voltage Uq cos ujet. The following differential equation describes the behavior of the circuit  

Here 2 is the dielectric displacement along the ferroelectric axis, a the thickness, l the length and b the width of the sample. The electric field strength ENL at the crystal along the ferroelectric b-axis is a nonlinear function of the dielectric displacement.
