Teratogenicity diazinon

Misawa, M., J. Doull, P.A. Kitos, and E.M. Uyeki. 1981. Teratogenic effects of cholinergic insecticides in chick embryos. I. Diazinon treatment on acetylcholinesterase and choline acetyltransferase activities. Toxicol. Appl. Pharmacol. 57 20-29. [Pg.984]

Teratogenicity tests were also positive on duck embryos with Diazinon, Dichlorvos and Ethylparathion (Khera, 1966) on quail treated with Azodrin (Schom et al. 1979) Bidrin (Meiniel, 1976), and Ethyl parathion (Meiniel, 1973) also on partridge with Azodrin (Schom et al. 1979), and Ethylazinphos (Lutz and Lutz-Ostertag, 1971). [Pg.387]

Pregnant rats showed embryotoxic and teratogenic resistance to Diazinon, whereas Beagles showed a high incidence of stillbirths at 1, 2, or 5og/kg/day administered per os. [Pg.388]
