13 leukemia with Burkitt s morphology arises from more mature lymphoblasts and only of B-cell origin. 

5 of the TEL gene to the AM LI gene. Type II is a less common type, generated by the fusion of exon 3 of the TEL gene to the AMLl gene. 

Method The method used is mRNA extraction from blood, bone marrow, body fluids or tissue (lymph node), followed by RT-PCR.
