Dermatan sulfate glycosidic linkage

Dermatan sulfate is an isomer of chondroitin 4-sulfate in which the D-glucuronic acid units have been replaced by L-iduronic acid units, the linkage positions and absolute orientations of the glycosidic linkages remaining the same.
