Default notice

The only model parameter we are defining is BV. All other parameters will be left at the PSpice defaults. Notice that the new model we created is not yet displayed in the left window pane. Select File and then Save from the menus. The file will be saved and the model will be added to the left pane of the window ... [Pg.435]

Whether the trustee acts with or without consultation of the bondholders, a prudent trustee will take great care in issuing a notice of default or enforcement notice. A prematurely issued default notice may lead to a general loss of confidence in the issuer and trigger cross defaults. However, if the trustee waits too long to issue the default notice, the amount of the bondholders recovery could suffer greatly. Under most structures the trustee is entitled to accelerate the debt immediately or upon expiration of a specified cure period. However, it is not uncommon for the trustee and the bondholders to delay enforcement in order to explore workout options with the issuer. [Pg.943]

Major issues affecting maity stakeholders m be resolved by the tripartite body set up in Robens-based legislation. In those jurisdictions with PINs or default notices, resolution proceeds further automatically because an inspector m be required to confirm or disallow the notice. [Pg.57]

Notice that we never stated what kind of computation to perform. By default, Gaussian performs an energy calculation, which is what we want. [Pg.324]

Notice that NewZMat has set up a Hartree-Fock calculation by default, using the 6-31G(d) basis set. The molecule specification in the generated file is also in Z-matrix format rather than Cartesian coordinates. You can now edit this file to modify the procedure, basis set, and type of run desired. We won t bother running this file, since it is the same job as the one we just completed. [Pg.326]

Now look at rows 21-24. Notice how ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is truncated to ALKALINE PHOSP. This happens because the default behavior of the Import Wizard, PROC IMPORT, and the External File Interface (EFI) is that they scan only 20 rows deep into the file to determine variable attributes. Text field truncation is a common problem here. Another problem is that if a field appears to be numeric in the first 20 rows but later has character text beyond the scanning depth of PROC IMPORT, the procedure will terminate with an error message. There are two workarounds for this scanning depth problem. [Pg.49]

Mai came in with a tale of a Grafton tenant on the doorstep, waving a notice of default and threatening the justices in return. My mother gathered herself, and I put Dickon off my knee. If Tom Wydvil still has your hobby, find Tom Grey. He is your brother he must help you. ... [Pg.108]

Alternatively, we could draw the boxes but write all links as attributes (see Figure 2.3). Notice that every link has an implied reverse attribute if the instructor for session-5 is Laura, then by implication Lama has an attribute (by default called -instructor) modeling the sessions for which Lama is the instructor, which must include session-5. Attributes in a model are about the relationships between things whether we... [Pg.77]

As you have probably already noticed, Excel uses alphabetical letters for the column index and numbers for the row index in order to specify a cell on the spreadsheet. The column index appears before the row index, e.g. cell A3 refers to column A row 3. This is contrary to the general convention as introduced earlier and, if desired, you can change Excel s default settings (T ools-Options-General) to accommodate a row-column notation. The notation A3 will then be altered into R3C1 (row 3, column 1). [Pg.12]

Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party or shall be in default of its obligations hereunder if such default is the result of war, hostilities, revolution, civil commotion, strike, epidemic, accident, fire, wind, flood or because of any act of God or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected. The Party affected by such circumstances shall promptly notify the other Party in writing when such circumstances cause a delay or failure in performance ( a Delay ) and where they cease to do so. In the event of a Delay lasting for [... insert number...] weeks or more the non-affected Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately by notice in writing to the other Party. [Pg.799]

We have specified the simulation to run at 100°C. The simulation of the previous simulation did not specify a temperature and the simulation ran at the default temperature of 25°C. Notice in the screen capture above that there is a checkmark El in the box next to the Temperature (Sweep) option. The temperature sweep will not run if this box is not checked. The option above specifies that the Bias Point simulation will run at 100°C. Click the OK button to return to OrCAD Capture. [Pg.181]

In the schematic we notice that the parameter RL V3l is listed under the text PARAMETERS and its default value is set to ih. [Pg.211]

The PSpice window indicates the current value of the parameter. Notice that for each value of the parameter, the input voltage is swept from 0 to 5 volts. Logically, the DC Sweep loop is executed inside the Parametric Sweep loop. When the simulation is complete, you will be asked which values of W VBl you would like to view. By default, all runs are selected ... [Pg.241]

Notice now that there are two models listed in the left window pane. This window displays all of the models contained in the library we are editing, Section 7A.llb. The name of the model for the part we selected is QtJtesHn. This model uses all default model parameters since no model parameters are set in the model. The PSpice parameter that represents Hpg is the parameter BF. Change the model as shown. We have renamed the model Qbf33 ... [Pg.436]

Notice that the default waveform is for a sine wave. To change it, click the COPCBl button and then select Stimulus and then New from the menus ... [Pg.483]

Please notice the two forms in each of the three tray programs Tray 10, Trayll, and Tray 12. The first form is called the input form and is just that. Simply input all design tray data in this first form. If you are not sure of the tray data to input, use the default values. How do you input default values Just click on the Input button and all default values will show. You can do these same calculations by hand with equations shown later in this chapter. Tray 10 program form 1 typical default values are shown in Table 3.1. [Pg.72]

Notice that certain item inputs are missing. Although default values are provided here so the program will run, you should input proper val-... [Pg.72]

Here Table 3.3 is repeated again, only with these nonconventional input options shown in bold type. Here you will notice all three are inputted as 0, which is also their default values if no values are inputted. Again, inputting any of these three will override all other data calculated in the tray programs and will become the governing factor of your tray design or rating. [Pg.78]

It is important to notice that a SOLUTION has to be given by default for all 40 cells of the column, at the beginning of the job (SOLUTION 1-40). When additionally kinetics and equilibrium reactions have to be taken into account, the same is true for the keywords KINETICS and EQUILIBRIUMPHASES. Writing... [Pg.108]

Notice that in the synthesized netlist, the first input of the AND2 module instance Sl l is open. During the simulation of module AOI22 NetList, the open input takes the value z whereas the unassigned value of C in module AOI22u takes on a default value of x. The fact that different values are used for C during the design model simulation and the synthesized... [Pg.178]

If the contractor fails or refuses to provide sufficient resources to perform the work, the Owner has the right to terminate the contract for default after giving the contractor prior written notice and has then the right to do whatever is required, including taking over the contractor s resources, to complete the work. [Pg.161]

If you are using a Windows 98 boot disk to prepare a drive, you will notice that a few things are different. First, when the machine first starts up, you will be presented with two options boot with CD-ROM support or boot without it. The default is to boot with CD support. If you are planning to install from CD-ROM, this makes life easy because most supported CD drives are simply loaded automatically. [Pg.530]

To share the printer, simply click Shared As and specify a name for the share (Figure 18.12). The name will default to a truncated version of the printer name you gave it when you installed it. Notice in Figure 18.12 that Windows 95 truncated the name HP LaserJet III to HP. The name you give this share (called the share name) should be something that everyone will recognize when they see it on the network and that accurately describes the printer. This one is called DavesHP so people will know that it s next to Dave s workstation and that it s an HP printer. [Pg.735]

Notice of Initiation of Disqualification Proceedings and Opportunity to Explain (NIDPOE) Letters, http //www.fda.gov/foi/nidpoe/default. html. [Pg.157]

At this point, the vla4.sdf table has been created in the database named mydb. The molfile column contains the molfile for each structure in the sdf file. The sdf. id column contains a unique integer that can be used to relate the vla4.property table. Notice the use of the default value nextval( vla4.structure id sql ) in the SQL statement that creates the vla4. sdf table. This causes the sdf. id column to contain... [Pg.127]

This confirms our expectation about the content of the exchange hole notice once more, that the integral has the same value whatever the value of i]. If the correlation-only hole is defined by default to be... [Pg.369]

Again, the default standard uncertainty of 0.02 A can be changed by introducing its new value as s between SAD I and the first atom. Notice that this restraint requires atom pairs, hence the number of atom names needs to be even. [Pg.18]
