CyDye DICE minimal fluors

Application of CyDye DICE Minimal Fluors (Minimal Labeling with CyDye DICE Minimal Fluors)... [Pg.39]

A fluorescence labeling reagent (Cydye DICE fluors, Cy5 Minimal, fi om GE Healthcare UK Ltd.) is dissolved into N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and adjusted to 400 pmol/pL of concentration. [Pg.157]

The internal standard is created by pooling an aliquot of all biological samples in the experiment and labeling the pool with one of the CyDye DICE Fluor dyes (usually Cy2 when using CyDye DICE Fluor minimal dyes). Sufficient material is required to add equal amounts to each gel required for the experiment, typically 50 pg per standard per gel. See Table 2 for an example. [Pg.9]

The CyDye DICE Fluor minimal dyes for labeling are prepared by reconstitution of the solid powder into a stock solution, followed by further dilution to a working solution. The stock solution is prepared as follows ... [Pg.9]
