CRM in Projects with an Agile approach

The approach is based on the notion that, in a complex system, it is difficult or impossible to fully predict what the final product will look like at the start of the project. Instead, high level objectives are set and these are worked towards by executing a series of iterative cycles or sprints typically lasting between 1 and 4 weeks. The goal is that each sprint is a self-contained development cycle in which a selection of product features, chosen in partnership with the customer, are turned into [Pg.165]
