Correct balance - the base case

Measured data with small random errors only are presented in Table 13-1 (for the brevity - primary data are not presented there and only streams from the Crude distillation plant are present). In this case there were no warning messages. The value of defined in Chapter 9, Equation (9.4.1) was 9.3 which is lower than the critical value 12.69 (for 6 degrees of freedom and the significance level 95%), so that no gross error is detected. Reconciled values are presented in the last but one column of the table. Note that there were two unmeasured streams of steam in subsystems Partial oxidation and Power plant
