Lymphoblastoid cell lines representing genetically unrelated individuals from each of Centre du Etude Polymorphise Humain (CEPH) reference families were obtained from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences repository maintained by the Coriell Institute for Medical Research. Cells were grown in RPMI 1640 (Gibco/BRL, Bethesda, MD) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, HyClone, Ogden, UT). [Pg.32]
