Conveyor Safety Inspection Checklist

Is the area around the start and stop buttons free of clutter, product, etc  

Are overhead conveyors properly guarded to prevent product from falling to a lower level  

Are pull-cords readily available along the length of the conveyor  

Are employees dressed properly, i.e., no loose shirts, sleeves, or jewelry  

For those employees with long hair, is it tied back or tucked under a hard hat
