Conclusions on the Mechanical Properties of Rubbers

Only a part of the mechanical properties of rubbers is considered in this chapter in order to get a full knowledge on these properties of rubbers, and on how to determine these properties, we refer to the excellent book cited as Reference [1]. 

Two kinds of information are usefuL one concerned with the unvnlcanized rubber, so as to determine the best operational conditions of temperature and time for the injection molding and the other characterizing the final vulcanized rubber compound.
