Composites having magnetoelectric effect

To investigate the magnetoelectric effect in composite materials, Raidongja et al. have prepared CoFe204 BaTi03 nanocomposites. Cobalt ferrite nanoparticles with an average diameter of 12 nm were obtained by the hydrothermal treatment of a mixture of cobalt and iron nitrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), sodium borohydride and water at 120 °C for 12 hours.
